Cafe bistro milano in Ulm

Just ordered mulled wine and milk coffee to go for just under € 6, a bargain! Taste great, size fits. Very dear owner

Terrible. Very bad service. At the end they telling you cant pay by card. Not recomend at all. Very very bad.

We were there a few days ago and will be there for the last time. The blonde waitress was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Our order was reluctantly accepted and responded snuggly to questions. It can also not be that 3 tables have been waiting for the service and ALL the service outside at the table is enjoying their life with mobile phones and cigarette in hand. The only nice thing about this place is the Danube!

To potential future visitors - please leave it alone, you will be too disappointed. It's not just bad there, it's a real disaster! I have been there in May and was very disappointed. The food tasted really bad and the service was unfriendly. Now I thought that since everything was full in the other localities on the Danube, come the restaurant will get another chance. This time it was worse. First of all, it is really very dirty and unhygienic there, both the dishes and the tables and cards are not in a hygienic condition. The waiters don't wear masks. I ordered a spaghetti ice cream. This consisted of a! Ball! Vanilla ice cream and a pile of whipped cream with some discounter strawberry sauce. The menu showed a mountain of vanilla ice cream in the shape of spaghetti, nothing was mentioned about cream. There should also be chocolate shavings, but nothing was to be seen. The ice came to the table half melted. The blonde waitress didn't respond to my complaint at all. Just completely incompetent, she ignored me. On my second complaint, she wanted to call the boss. However, this never came. For € 6.90 ice cream, I expect a little more and at least a clean place. NEVER AGAIN!

Service staff very friendly! Prices for the fishing district in Ulm okay. Food was delicious, but we had ordered a spicy pizza, which unfortunately wasn't spicy at all ? not even spicy. When asked if they had something spicy to season, we only got oil that wasn't a bit spicy either. What a shame

Under no circumstances can you eat ice cream here! There were grease residues in the ice cream, this one cost € 7.90. The banana milkshake tasted like Netto banana nectar. The staff never wore a mask.

Food is a matter of taste, unfortunately it wasn't mine. Very friendly service.

If you want to have stomach problems, you should order the iced coffee. The ice had large ice crystals, which suggests that it had thawed before. There was little to taste of the cafe, but the glass was relatively large. Anyway, I had diarrhea afterwards. I hope my neighbors are doing well because they too have only half-emptied their iced coffee.

The only good thing was the food and the location I had walked past the restaurant and thought it looked good. The location is really nice, right on the Danube. The food did not disappoint either. The pizza with a thin base, the salad fresh. But then there is the operation ... Really unfriendly. Small special changes are simply ignored. A cyclist is not served to 16-year-olds, but also without a reason upon request. Card payment is also not possible in this tourist restaurant. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend a visit. There are significantly better stores.

Nice service and pizza was saucy. Schöbe view. Food came after 10 minutes.

Too bad! Very well located on the promenade but unfortunately waited a long time for the food and the food was good but cold! When I said that it should have been warmer, no reaction came very unfortunate! I will no longer visit this restaurant because I want to be taken seriously as a guest, otherwise there are enough restaurants where I would like to spend my money for a good meal.

We were there with 6 ppl and after they took the order they did not bring coffee for 1 ppl. We asked two times until the last person got what he had ordered. When it came to payment, although there were a long list of different options written on the entrance door, they refused to accpet card (for EUR 30) and had to go out and look for an ATM! and come back.

Unfortunately, very unfriendly staff. The wrong drink was delivered and was treated totally unfriendly in the event of a complaint. We won't come back here. Actually a shame because of the great location!

The friendliness of the staff: average Competence: below average. There were 9 of them at the table, but you should also bring the order you wrote down correctly. And then don't try to look for the fault at the customer. Quality: You can't go wrong with still water, but the ginger ale was almost completely carbonated. Not good.

Friendly to begin with but after that terrible service, also the pizza quality wasn’t good. My son had stomach pain after eating a quattro formaggi Pizza from there. Tasted like cheap cheese and very oily! Was offered a refund after explaining how it tasted so respect for that. Wouldn’t be visiting again.

Price performance ratio not appropriate. Too high prices for the amount served. 1 scoop of ice cream came half-way to the table for € 1.20. First the wrong order was brought, we waited in vain for the second drink. No excuse, no friendly gesture, just a "thank you". With this service, the beautiful view does not make up for anything.

A very nice place, right on the Danube. Very good food and very good service. There is also a very good ice cream shop next door.

Fast service and friendly people.

Usually when I go to a restaurant I am often positive. I take everything into consideration, from the service to how the tables are set. Unfortunately, I didn't feel very comfortable in this bistro. The place is nice, the view is along the river and it is beautiful. I can even dare to say romantic in some ways. Unfortunately, the service was not great. We ordered two coffees (one with milk and the other a double espresso), and from the moment we ordered it to the time we could actually drink it, it took about 40 minutes. Now ... I understand the waiting time when the place is full, but this was not the case. There weren't that many people. In all this, the wait created expectations that later turned out to be false because not even the coffee was all that much.

I'm still new in the city, but I love this Café. The coffee tastes so good and the staff is really nice. Most times I only drink my coffee and study here, but sometimes I also eat something. I almost tried everything on the card and it tastes pretty good. Wish I could share this experience with more People! Can only tell you to try it out yourself!!

The staff completely forgot about our order, we waited for half an hour before we reminded them, then they said "2-3 more minutes" and we waited for another 15... As an excuse they offered us free drinks.. The beer had a fly inside and when we asked for a new one the bartender took it out with his hand.. Realising we were watching him he pretended nothing happened and then brought a fresh one.. Great location, horrible service, do not come here for your own good. Ps. the food also tastes pretty bad.

The café and bistro has an outdoor area on the city wall with a direct view of the Danube. There you can enjoy the afternoon on shady or sunny seats. The menu includes pizza and pasta. The service is very attentive and friendly.
